Delivery Information

Due to our exclusive promotions and demand for orders, the delivery time for imported products is 7 to 15 days after the purchase has been confirmed, because our products on offer are imported and shipping is international direct from the supplier.

However, the vast majority of orders are delivered within an average of 7 business days after purchase. Remember that as soon as the order is dispatched by our supplier, you will receive the tracking code by email.

We reserve a maximum security period of 20 business days after purchase to receive the product at your address. After this time, if you wish, you can request a refund of the amount paid.

In some isolated cases, imported products spend a long time in the inspection of the federal revenue service, which checks all packages entering Brazil, and since they are overloaded, this sometimes delays deliveries. The vast majority of orders arrive within 27 business days. Please note that products with international shipping sold at IC Tech are unlikely to be held up in EUA customs because they are small and low-value products.

However, if they do happen to be held up in customs for this reason, we will pay any taxes that the product may incur.

But don't worry, your item will arrive to you soon in perfect condition.

Your only responsibility is to enter the correct address at the time of purchase and receive the order. If the address was entered incorrectly, you will need to pay a new shipping fee of R$10.00.
